End User License Agreement (EULA)
LOL Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install
and use Rize on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these
Terms. [Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to App Store
downloads; this EULA supplements it — confirm no conflicts.]
You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Rize; reverse-engineer or
attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law; remove proprietary notices; or use the
app to build a competing product.
You represent that any voice you record, submit, or request to be cloned in Rize is your own or is
submitted with the recorded person's informed consent. You will not capture or synthesize a
person's voice without consent. [Counsel: pair this with an in-app consent flow and retention
policy for any voiceprint data before voice cloning ships.]
Rize, its content packs, curated stories, voices, and software are owned by LOL Studio or its
licensors. Curated content (e.g. scripture, licensed stories) is used under [the applicable
public-domain status or license — confirm per pack]. No rights are granted except as expressly
stated.

subscription lapses, the family enters a grace period, and the parent is offered an export of
their family data. Children's personal information is then deleted 30 days after dissolution.
A parent may also request deletion of an individual child's data at any time, independent of
the group, via [the in-app remove-child flow] or by emailing support@rizealarm.ai; that
triggers actual deletion of the child's profile, settings, and membership within [30] days.

including any privacy-impact-assessment and consent obligations for minors' sensitive data.]
may require verifiable parental consent for certain child data. The current design treats child
profiles as parent-entered data about the parent's own child (the Cozi/Life360 model). Counsel
must confirm this model is sufficient for the App Store review and FTC posture, or specify a
consent mechanism before kid features ship.
This license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. On termination, stop using Rize and
delete it. Sections that by nature survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, children's-
data deletion obligations) continue after termination.
